Acne may also have underlying causes like hormonal imbalance and gut issues.so find out the cause and get treated properly.
2️⃣ avoid milk and milk products:
Milk and milk related products triggers acne and also lead to gut issues so avoid them to maximum extent.
3️⃣ don’t squeeze acne:
Popping or squeezing acne lead to scaring and pigmentation. Scars are tough to treat and require more time cure.
4️⃣ regular wash of towels:
Bacterial growth in our day to day bedspreads , towels , handkerchiefs and pillow covers are known to trigger acne. So wash them frequently and sun dry.
