This is one of my skincare routines, great for exfoliating the skin

Ingredients:

Ground coffee
Olive oil
Apple Cider Vinegar
Baking soda
Colloidal silver
Lemongrass oil
Peppermint oil
Tea tree oil
Salt

Preparation:

-Mix ingredients together and let sit overnight
-Exfoliate the preferred skin areas and then rinse with cold water
